"Before engaging with Kim & Mark, we had put together a very basic website and had minimal systems in place to help us manage the operations of our business. When I engaged Kim & Mark to see how they could help me, they took particular care to understand our goals and aspirations for Jump Junior Basketball.  They wanted to optimise the effect of our website and improve the efficiency of our operations without compromising the experience for our members.

This resulted in us seeing a significant increase in both retention of students, as well as an increase in the number of students enrolling in the following school term.
