Kim was very approachable and clearly very knowledgeable - she was able to translate our concerns and questions and explain to us very clearly what she would be able to do - to me this was very important to work with someone  who was able to explain things to us very clearly so that we understood the process- Kim made it feel like a breeze! By using her checklist and online work boards she was able to keep us updated and we were able to stay involved all the way through the project - Kim is a great and efficient communicator - at no time did we feel like we were waiting on anything - In fact she probably was waiting on us more than anything! She more than met our expectations - so much so that we went back to her straight away for our second website project for a different brand under the same business umbrella. This time she was involved from the very beginning and we couldn't be happier with the outcome!
